Expanded into software development and launched our first in-house products — AR360, WorkQue, and Creators — each solving a real problem we encountered working with our clients. The technology practice grew to handle enterprise-grade builds for clients across multiple sectors.
Added a dedicated staffing practice for technical and leadership hiring, and launched Balcony Ads, ERPGO, and Cardex. The full three-practice model — consulting, technology, staffing — was now operational, serving clients who needed all three and those who needed only one.
